By using SkipEntry ("the Service"), operated by Palavir LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SkipEntry provides AI-powered invoice data extraction from PDF documents. The Service includes document upload, automated data extraction, review tools, and export functionality.

3. Accounts & Billing

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trial includes 50 pages with no credit card required.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only upload documents you have the right to process. You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer the extraction algorithms, or abuse the API or system resources.

5. Data Accuracy

SkipEntry uses AI to extract data and provides confidence scores and math validation. However, extracted data should be reviewed before use. Palavir LLC is not liable for errors in extracted data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Palavir LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
