When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and company name. When you upload documents, we temporarily store them for processing. We collect usage data including pages processed, features used, and billing information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the SkipEntry service, process your invoices, manage billing, send service communications, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Document Processing

Uploaded documents are processed using AI models to extract invoice data. Documents are stored securely and are only accessible to the account owner. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage and authentication, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered extraction, and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through the Settings page. To request full data deletion, contact us at support@skipentry.com.
